HISTORY

Entrepreneurship(1998 - 2001)
Asa start-up with a small staff of 96, our initial production of P-Cresol(BHT) launched a process that would eventually take our business abroad. We formed cooperative alliances with world famous companies such as BASF, enabling us to become industry leaders within three years.

At this point, we began to form our mission statement, policies,rules and business model, in order to establish our company culture. After much thought, we agreed on who we would like to hire: bold, creative, intelligent employees who value teamwork and have a global perpsective.


Exploration(2002 - 2004)
In 2002, we began to produce potassium sorbate, a food additive,expanding our product base. In addition, our core management team conducted extensive research in the coal chemical industry and decided to developcoal-based production lines, beginning a new era of development.

Training managment to raise expectations and ensurestandardization were the goals at this stage. The full implementation andpassing of International Quality Management Systems (ISO9001), Environmental Management Systems (ISO14001) and the first audit certification allowed us toapply international labels, which built our brand's reputation in order topromote Jinneng world-wide.


Growth(2005 - 2010)
After five years of development,the first and second phases ofour project began with coke production, and our capacity reached 1.4 milliontons per year.  Product line extensions and energy production included: 300,000 tons coal tar processing per year, 60,000 tons carbonblack per year, and 20,000 tons sorbic acid and potassium sorbate per year.  A gas turbine power generation industry chain was also established. In 2010, we began phase three of our development, with a focus on outlining the characteristics of the circular economy chain and launching our "Golden Energy, Green Culture" Initiative.


Development(2011 - Present)
We currently follow the "coal-chemical, minus-plus development" model, and are increasing our capacity annually. We produce 1.5 million tons of coke per year, 200,000 tons of carbon black per year, 100,000 tons of benzene hydrogenation per year,60,000 tons of silica per year and supporting 100,000 of sodiumsilicate per year, and 100,000 tons of methanolper year. The Coke Dry Quenching (CDQ)  line has also been put into operation, replacing total 600,000 tons/year coke of traditional production method.

Asa result, a "3 + 3" circular economy industrial chain has beenformed, using coal as the raw material and coke-based gas as the carrier. Jinneng has created three distinct processes, integrating the industrycircular economy mode and three different production chains.

We have begun to lay a solid management foundation and continue tostrengthen our brand recognition, team building and company culture. With thissuccess, we now have the confidence and experience to prepare for publicoffering.

Looking ahead, the company will continue to focus on the chemical industry, with thecircular economy model as our core, adhering to the principles of maximizing theuse of resources, constantly opening up new markets, and creating new products. Our goal is to outshine the competition with a the advantage of resourceefficient, eco-friendly, energy-saving innovations, sustained growth andprofitability.
